Alex A. Omrani, Esq.

Alex A. Omrani determined early in his legal career that his calling was to represent individuals who have suffered traumatic injuries as a result of accidents or malpractice. Mr. Omrani understood that defending the rights of the injured would frequently require him to fight against large corporations and insurance companies with substantial resources. However, with his training, experience, and dedication, Mr. Omrani enjoys playing the role of David against corporate Goliaths. In the words of Mr. Omrani, “I believe the courtroom and the jury are the ultimate equalizers; once inside the courtroom the money, power and influence of insurance companies and corporations does not count for much.”

Michael A. Taub, Esq.

As a founding partner of Omrani & Taub, P.C., Michael Taub has been practicing law for over 18 years as a personal injury litigator. He is recognized and respected throughout the legal community as a passionate and capable legal advocate. He is presently serving as the President of the Brooklyn-Manhattan Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Taub brings to the practice of law a wealth of experience beyond the courtroom. He spent several years in the airline industry before attending law school and beginning his practice of law. He also holds an Army Reserve Officer Commission. These experiences afforded him the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the United States and internationally, where he developed a keen sense of personal commitment toward helping others.

Isaac A. Arasteh, Esq.

Isaac A. Arasteh attended University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he graduated with a J.D. in 2010. During law school, Mr. Arasteh worked at the 36th District Court in Michigan representing the rights of defendants in various criminal cases which contained criminal allegations involving drugs, domestic violence, and DWI.

James L. Forde, Esq.

With 36 years of trial experience, James L. Forde has handled virtually every type of plaintiff’s personal injury case imaginable. Mr. Forde has successfully represented victims of medical malpractice & birth injuries, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, construction accidents, false arrest, slip & fall, premises liability, assault, and all types of municipal liability.

Roya Namvar, Esq.

Roya Namvar joins The Law Offices of Omrani & Taub, PC with extensive litigation and appellate experience in both civil and criminal matters. Ms. Namvar started her career as an Assistant District Attorney with the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, where she conducted trials and hearings as well as handled appeals. She subsequently continued her work as a prosecutor with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, where she tried to verdict several felony trials.

Avi Davidov, Esq.

Avi has been with Omrani and Taub since 2019. He is a results-driven litigator with experience in state and federal courts and has cultivated an outstanding reputation with his peers. Since joining, he has fought against large corporate insurance companies on behalf of the seriously injured for fair and just compensation. Avi primarily focuses on motor vehicle and premises liability cases. Due to his zealous advocacy, dedication, and commitment to his clients, Avi has been able to surpass his client’s expectation and score tremendous results on behalf of his clients.

Dean Pavlos, Esq.

Constantine Pavlos (Dean), is a graduate of Rutgers Law School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Rutgers Law Record. During law school, he interned for the complex litigation part of the San Francisco Superior Court, learning the intricacies of successful trial advocacy in matters involving nuanced legal and factual issues.

Joseph Levy, Esq.

Mr. Levy has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York for more than 20 years. During this time, he has successfully secured a significant number of verdicts and settlements for his clients. Mr. Levy is regarded for his expertise in handling various types of personally injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, construction and labor law claims, trip and falls and elevator/escalator accidents. Mr. Levy is an aggressive attorney who takes a proactive approach to handling all of his clients’ cases. To him, success is not by chance. Mr. Levy is a graduate of Queens College and Cardozo School of Law. He lives on Long Island with his wife and 3 children.

Ronny Solomon, Esq.

Ronny Solomon graduated from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he worked for the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the Michigan Supreme Court, and the Michigan Department of Attorney General. Through his studies and work experience, Mr. Solomon developed a passion for helping others, a passion which has been with him throughout his legal career. Mr. Solomon joined Omrani & Taub, P.C. in 2022 where he prides himself on helping people who have had the misfortune of being injured by someone else’s negligence. His enthusiasm, dedication, and commitment to getting justice for his clients are apparent in his work ethic and his ability get the maximum recovery possible.

Moin Choudhury, Esq., of counsel

Moin Choudhury, probably the first Bangladeshi-American attorney to be admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of International Trade and the Michigan Supreme Court. December 19, 2010 the City of New York honored attorney Moin Choudhury with a proclamation as a renowned United States Supreme Court Attorney. Mr. Choudhury earned his Master of Laws degree with distinction from Touro Law School in 2002, New York.

San Razzano, Esq.

San Razzano, ESQ. (b.1967- d.2023)

San Razzano devoted nearly his entire legal career to representing accident victims, and fighting with insurance companies to obtain appropriate compensation for his injured clients. He was a dedicated and well respected associate attorney with Omrani & Taub for over fifteen years, up until his untimely and heartbreaking death at the young age of 56, following a lengthy battle against a difficult illness.

San brought a wealth of real-life experience with him when he joined the NYS Bar following his graduation from Hofstra Law School.
